  • Thorne Multi Vitamin 2/Day

If you only take ONE supplement to help lose weight, I recommend Thorne's Basic Multi. Unless you are eating organ meats, egg yolks, shellfish, bone broth, organic fruit and vege and grassfed meat you may be missing key nutrients. It is not uncommon for westerners to be lacking in certain minerals - this can lead to increased appetite and weight gain. 

  • Vitamin D3/K2

A deficiency in vitamin D is going to cause numerous hormonal issues.A adequate vitamin d levels are important for sex hormone production - which help keep body fat levels down.

I recommend sunlight exposure, but if that is not an option use Thorne Vitamin D drops.
